Learning theory time and time again points to movement and a change of space as catalysts to making learning stick. We lean into both of these elements with out Language Walk & Talks.

Together we will explore the landscape, allowing you to free your thoughts,

immerse in the language of your choice and get the benefit of learning & gentle exercise.

Walk & Talks:

Take an hour away from it all and have time to further explore a second language.

Where will we go?

Departing from the Clock Warehouse, Shardlow. We will walk along the canal towards the River Trent and we will explore you. We explore your dreams, hopes and fears.

As a facilitator and coach I have over a decade's worth of experience working with groups and individuals looking to get themselves unstuck. Specifically diving into Leadership Action, Trust Work & Challenging Conversations. Whilst we won’t necessarily go into all three of these we may explore elements of some or all of them. In a little more detail then:

• Leadership Action being leadership with a small “l”. Not a position or title but the ability to identify a problem, assess what is the best course of action required and finally find the courage to see that action through.

• Trust Work focuses on both your Trust of Self & your Trust of Others. Exploring three “C’s” of Trust. Character, Communication and Capability. Manage Expectations, Give & Receive Feedback and lean into Speaking With Good Purpose.

• Challenging Conversations can be defined as any conversation that you or your counterpart may be uncomfortable having. We look at ways of turning these conversations into joint problem solving activities that enable you to have a positive influence and negotiate desired outcomes for both parties.

The outdoors has a way of motivating and facilitating big change in ways we often don’t foresee. For us at Excelerant Pathways an adventure is any journey where the outcome is unknown. If you're feeling ready to challenge your status quo and step boldly forwards then this is an experience for you.
